On the 18th of January, 2007, the EU-funded project “Ukraine: SME Support Services in Priority

Regions” organised the Second National Cluster Seminar, which was attended by Ukrainian

businesses and Business Support Organisations drawn from all regions of Ukraine.

During the seminar the EU Cluster Expert, Mrs. Lana Hopkinson, presented European Union “Best Practices” in the field of cluster development drawn from a number of successfully implemented cluster projects in old and new European Union Member States.
