Internationalization

We introduce new companies, products and services to foreign markets on five continents, on which we have been providing business consulting services for over 20 years. We also help foreign companies to increase their visibility or ‘spread wings’ in Poland.

We use, above all, the database of our own experts and our own offices in Europe and Africa. We likewise reach for foreign consulting companies, with which we have completed many projects efficiently and on time. We also use support of efficient and specialized public business environment institutions: departments, offices, agencies dealing with trade, and B2B foreign cooperation.

Challenges

Each project is a challenge and always requires a new, individual business model from which everything begins. Each new culture is a challenge.

Internationalization has various stages. We enjoy the journey shared with the Client the most, from the beginning until the achievement of measurable economic success.

How do we work  

  • Each time we start with identification of the needs, expectations and previous experiences of our Client. Next, we create a business model based on values that the company is proud of.
  • After approval of the model, we develop the entry strategy and entry plan. We are always looking for competitive advantages.
  • We assist in implementation of strategies and plans, constantly monitoring and updating them. The flexible approach and on-going evaluation are extremely important in the high-chance and high-risk markets.
