The SC members included representatives of the main Beneficiary (Ministry of Civil Affairs) and labour market institutions from Federation of BiH, Republika Srbska and District Brcko. The representatives of EPRD, as the main contractor, participated in the meeting. The detailed analysis of the current situation and main shortcomings of the BiH labour market, carried out by the Project Team in the inception phase, provided the basis for the discussion of the draft inception report as well as comments and suggestions regarding further implementation of the project.

The Project Team is at the moment preparing the training needs analysis of the Public Employment Services staff which is planned to be conducted just after the summer holidays. Meanwhile, a concept paper regarding the new organisation of the Active Labour Market Measures is being prepared and the activities of the Communications and Visibility Component are gaining momentum. As the communications strategy has already been developed, the preparations are now ongoing for the national kick-off conference, foreseen to be held at the end of June.
