We are proud to see the results of effective cooperation of the Project Team and the Ministry of Education under the EU-funded project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan”. The project is implemented by EPRD in consortium with GDG Professionals, CSCL, IBE and SQA.
Until now, we have trained over 200 participants from different MoE departments, have delivered workshops to over 80 employees of the MoE and have coached over 100 staff of the HR departments of the MoE subordinate units (State Agency on Vocational education, Baku Education Institute and Human Resources Center).
The training and workshops focused on, among others: employment processes, HR risks, motivation, effective feedback, interviewing skills, emotional intelligence, etc.
We are very keen to continue working with the Ministry of Education over the next months so as to further build the capacity of the Azerbaijani institutions in the education sector.
