EPRD provided the EU Delegation to Turkey with the technical assistance related to the Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme. Its global objective was to ensure proper and timely implementation of the operations covered under the RCOP and also CISOP. Specifically, EPRD provided technical expertise during for the programming, tendering / contracting, and implementation stages of the construction (works) and construction supervision components of the selected projects under RCOP and CISOP. Moreover, EPRD assisted the EU Delegation to perform its ex-ante control and monitoring responsibilities effectively and efficiently. The assistance was provided within July 2015 - August 2016.
