EPRD has funded the sculpture “Dyrygent” (Conductor)

On Friday, 25th November, 2016, during the Świętokrzyskie Philharmonic concert, the official unveiling of the sculpture “Dyrygent” created by  Arkadiusz Latos took place. The sculpture is made of patina metal, weighs 237 kg, and its height is 2,6 m, together with the pedestal – 3 m.

The concert began with the presentation of commemoratory statues. The audience then listened to the pieces created in the XIX century, such as „ Polovtsian dances” by Aleksander Borodin, „Piano concert No. 2 in A major” by Franz Liszt performed by Karol Radziwonowicz, and Symphony No. 1 in B flat major “Spring” by Robert Schuman.

EPRD has supported culture and realized projects in this field for many years. „Dyrygent” is yet another sculpture after „Wizjoner” funded by EPRD in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship.
