Stakeholders Consultation Roundtable in Singapore 

Roundtable in Singapore in preparation of the forthcoming EU-SGP Digital Partnerships Council Meeting.

The non-key expert(s) responsibilities will include:

• Support drafting overall programme, design of the agenda and organisation of the event in consultation with EC and SGP counterparts.
• Assist in the selection / engagement of cooperation partners.
• Identify speakers and relevant stakeholders in cooperation with EC and SGP counterparts.
• Promote the event for online registration/participation
• Communication and Visibility using DPA and EU Social media channels.
• Support Event execution, organising briefings, moderation and documentation.
• Draft Report of the event with recommendations for future activities, photos and video recording

Assignment Date: Present – 19^th May 2025 (event date)

The pre-selected profiles will receive the specific Terms of Reference with further details on the framework of cooperation and next steps.
