EPRD continues its co-operation with the European Training Foundation (ETF). The European Training Foundation is an agency of the European Union which supports education and training in non-EU countries, mostly in neighbouring regions such as the countries preparing for EU accession, North Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans.
EPRD has been recently awarded a contract for “International expertise on methodology and advice on data provision concerning the labour market and TVET” in Mahgreb region – Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, which is implemented under the MEDA ETE “Education and Training for Employment”.
The briefing meeting was held in Turin, which is a head-quarter of the ETF. At the end of August a mission to Mahgreb countries is planned. The purpose of this mission will be to collect necessary information on good practices in employment policy of these countries. All of the project activities should end by the end of this year.
