The project “Implementation of new curricula” in Croatia had the official kick-off meeting on Thursday, April 15th. It was led by the Head of Tender Preparation and Contract Implementation Section in the Agency for Vocational Education and Training, who introduced the Operating structure and the relevant institutions, the Contractor’s project team and the main issues from the General Conditions, including local regulations.
The EPRD’s representatives, together with the Team leader presented the plan of the inception phase and already taken the first steps for project’s implementation including employment of the Office Manager and establishment of the local support.
The meeting was a great opportunity to discuss the main issues and the daily approach including the expectations what has a crucial meaning for the project’s efficient implementation and its success.
