Plan of the Local Development of Gmina Wiskitki determines the ways of Gmina’s development through the indication of the order of tasks realization depending on improvement of socio-economic Gmina’s situation. Objective of this study is to plan the allocation of the Gmina financial resources in the way they will cater for the most important needs of habitants . Investment projects which are planed for the realization in the Plan of The Local Development of Gmina Wiskitki for years 2004 – 2008 were divided due to tasks: Task 1. – Building and renovation of the water – supply devices and sewage system, Task 2 - Building and renovation of the Gmin’s roads and their infrastructure, Task 3.-Creation and improvement of the local education, culture, sport and social infrastructure. Task 4. – Building, rebuilding and renovation all objects in the scope of environment protection and lands reculvation.
