The beneficiaries of the sub-project 1 are: • unemployed: - long term unemployed, - women, - youth (18-24 years old) without qualifications, and qualifications, which don’t correspond with the labour market needs, - rural areas inhabitants, • persons threaten by unemployment, by dismission from work for reasons on the part of the employer in the following sectors: - building industry, - clothes industry, - machines for chemical industry, - automotive industry, - energetic industry, • rural areas inhabitants – the owners of small farms (not bigger than 5ha) and members of their families The beneficiaries of the sub-project 2 are: • unemployed: - long term unemployed, - women, - youth (18-24 years old) without qualifications, and qualifications, which don’t correspond with the labour market needs, - rural areas inhabitants, • persons threaten by unemployment, by dismission from work for reasons on the part of the employer in the following sectors: - building industry, - clothes industry, - machines for chemical industry, - automotive industry, - energetic industry, • rural areas inhabitants – the owners of small farms (not bigger than 5ha) and members of their families The following beneficiaries are invited to sub-project 3 participation: • teachers and advisors from vocational schools, • representatives of self-government administration – gimnas and poviats, • leaders of local societies and NGOs, who are interested in development of partnership for employment, changes of ways of youth education and improvement of educational offer.

Programme PHARE 2002 Employment Promotion and Human Resources Development is realised by EPRD Office for Economic Policy and regional Development and ZDZ Kielce for The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and The Voivodship Labour Office in Kielce The main aim of the project is stimulation of unemployed and threaten by unemployment people and support start-ups (trainings, advisory). The additional aim is modernization of educational offer of vocational schools – by trainings and advisory and subsidies for purchasing of modern didactical equipment.
