The European Commission Delegation in Croatia

The Delegation of the European Commission in the Republic of Croatia is enforcing the ex-ante control of the ISPA/IPA tendering procedures. The aim of this intervention is to provide the Delegation with technical expertise for the technical checking of the tender dossiers, participation at the evaluation committees and monitoring of implementation of projects. Global and specific objectives 1. To assist the EC Delegation in the appraisal of the tender dossiers and assistance in the evaluation of bids for the following components of the Karlovac Water and Waste Water Project financed by ISPA. 2. To assist the EC Delegation in the implementation of the works contracts within the ISPA Karlovac project. 3. To assist the EC Delegation in the assessment of tender dossiers and in the evaluation of the bids for projects within the IPA IIIb component – the Environmental Protection Operational Programme. The specification of the projects will be known after the assessment of application for IPA funding.
