The Delegation of the European Commission in the Republic of Croatia is performing the ex-ante control of the tendering and contracting procedures. The aim of this intervention is to provide the Delegation with technical expertise for checking the attainment of conditions that have to be fulfilled prior to the commencement of the project, technical review of the tender dossiers; assistance in the ex-ante control of the tendering procedure and monitoring of implementation of projects and/or project components. The project comprises the following components: - Development of hazardous waste management system, including the identification and management of «hot spot sites» in Croatia - Establishment of Air Quality Monitoring and Management System
