The programme formed a component of activities needed to be carried out by the Swiętokrzyski Voivodship Marshal’s Office in order to accomplish one of the main goals of the Development Strategy; “development of entrepreneurship”, based on an all-inclusive programme of boosting innovativeness The accomplishment of this strategic development goal was targeted at: · Mobilization of local labour resources and capital (human potential, natural resources, infrastructure and other technical resources including financial resources) · Development of institutional structures of the business environment ( chambers of commerce - national and international, associations, local development agencies, credit and loan financiers guarantors, underwriters, venture capital, marketing agencies, training establishments and business consultancy and counselling bodies etc,.) · In-service training for officials of local authorities and institutions in setting out and submitting structural programmes in line with EU requirements ( staff and institutional induction, essential programme and project papers, finalization of the financial potential analysis of the of the region etc,.) · Promotion of the region and the drafted programmes for the Polish government and EU Commission’s acceptance amongst potential local and external entrepreneurs interested in investing in innovative businesses in the Świętokrzyski Voivodship.
