- Inter-gmina Association „NIDA 2000” -Gmina Councils and Management Boards embraced by the project : Solec Zdrój, Nowy Korczyn, Oleśnica and Pacanów - belonging to the preset Świętokrzyskie Voivodship -Neighbouring Gmina Councils and Management Boards having a vested interested in being connected to the water intake at Nowym Korczynie: Kazimierza Wielka, Bejsce, Koszyce, Opatowiec from the former Kielce Voivodship, Łubnice formerly Tarnobrzeski Voivodship and Proszowice, formerly Krakowskie Voivodship

The project was conceived as part of the PHARE Programme, directed at services for agriculture, particularly technical help in advisory training and implementation provisions. The project itself was comprehensive in make-up and geared towards identifying needs and upgrading the agricultural economy. The principle aims of the project were the realization of the following objectives : - mapping out of a concept plan for the distribution of water to the following 4 gminas embraced by the project: Solec Zdrój, Nowy Korczyn, Pacanów i Oleśnica - compilation of base maps(topographical and elevation) for the 4 earmarked gminas - presentation of an economic analysis justifying the rational of the concept plan - distribution of water as well as the whole undertaking
