The overall objective of the RDSP is to improve living conditions in rural areas in the northern part of Cyprus while protecting the environment and developing a sustainable use of natural resources. The purpose of this contract is to provide support to the Contracting Authority (the European Community, represented by the European Commission for and on behalf of the Turkish Cypriot community) in the implementation of the RDSP. In particular, assistance is required for the preparation of terms of reference, during the tendering phase to answer questions to tenderers, in pre-contract discussions with successful tenderer(s) before contract signature and for other assistance on an on-call basis.
