The leading purpose of that project was presentation of the justification for the needs of alternative management with grounds destinated for non agricultural grounds, recognition of legal, geodesic, marketing matters and data basis from the management with such grounds point of wiev and working out directions of activities enabling, through specific treating non-agricultural grounds, stimulate economical development of regions where they are located. Frame conception and implementation strategy for the activities connected with alternative management with grounds in the Resource of Agency for the State Treasury Agricultural Property contained: - potetial analysis and development oportunities of every gmina and evaluation of its consistence with actual plan of spacial planning; - defining leading functions of rural areas as alternative to agricultural production; - evaluation of the potentcial and justification for the needs of alternative grounds management in the Resource of Agency for the State Treasury Agricultural Property in chosen gminas in connection with identified functions of rural areas; - frame rules and procedures of cooperation between Agency for the State Treasury Agricultural Property and gminas, taking into account introducing tasks connected with the development of areas with agricultural production and the most rational forms of cooperation in situations of presented changes in destination of chosen grounds in plans of spacial planning of gminas; - elaborating and introducing of proper marketing strategy for grounds destinated for alternative purposes; - geodesic maps and presentation of appropriate documentation (maps and plans); - rationalisation rules of Agency for the State Treasury Agricultural Property activities undertaken in purpose of management with grounds in Resource and destinating them to alternative use by investors (forms of management, data concerning grounds availability)
