The project assumed the improvement of dialogue between rural communities, regional and central authorities as well as institutions and organisations acting in the region. There were defined following goals of the project: - Achievement of efficient and, at the same time, taking into account the need of poor people, the way of policy conducting with regard to agriculture and rural areas. - Efficient representation of rural areas’ interests towards regional and central authorities. The project objectives are realised on three levels – local (3 pilot sub-regions), regional (Świętokrzyska Agricultural Chamber) and central (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, National Board of Agricultural Chambers)
