Social and vocational mobilisation of women - their chance on the labour market

Operations planed within the frame of the project are directed to 300 women living in the area of świętokrzyskie voivodeship : - unemployed and job-seekers, - professionally inactive, - with low and outdated qualifications, - returning on labor market after long absence, - from rural areas

Project will be realized in the area of świętokrzyskie voivodeship in order to adapt availability of offered services in terms of dates and places of training to demand and capabilities of program participants. Trainings will be led in district centers or greatest communal centers. Training courses will be held in time fitted to participant capability. Projekt objective: - Improvement of qualifications and vocational skills - Supporting access to education for women - Purpose of simplification their entries on labor market and getting employment, - Elimination of gender inequalities.
