This project aims to reinforce the strategic engagement of civil society and youth in Guinea-Bissau in governance and sustainable development. It will support the EU Delegation through technical assistance focused on knowledge sharing, dialogue, and capacity building. The initiative targets three specific objectives: 1.Developing strategic analysis and tools to support EU engagement with youth and civil society. 2.Strengthening youth participation by supporting the Youth Sounding Board (YSB). 3.Enhancing the role of civil society in policy dialogue and monitoring through the GRR (Reference Group of the Roadmap). The methodology is participatory, combining in-person and online training, consultations, co-design processes, and structured monitoring to ensure a long-lasting impact.
