The project was initiated at the request of the PKS Ltd in Jędrzejów in order to prepare strategic plan for company for years 2006 – 2010. The main purpose of the Plan is to state and implement changes which help in effective action and company’s development of which mostly: - reinforcement of financial situation through improvement of economic ratios and achieving permanent positive financial result, - maintenance of ability of company for forward realization of foundation in favour of budget and trade partners. - permanent improvement of financial liquidity - realization of necessary investments and restoration of vehicles
