The objective of the project was to conduct ex-post evaluation of "Support to the TVET Sector in Pakistan (TVET III)” project, the objective of which was to contribute towards socio-economic growth of Pakistan through development of human resources that enable people to engage in productive employment. The specific objective of TVET III was to improve governance and private sector participation in the TVET sector to enhance access to quality skills development that meets demand of the labour market. The experts conducted the ex-post evaluation of the whole intervention, as well as the assessment of effectiveness and early signs of impact on trainees trained under the project in terms of employment and income.
