EPRD will conduct the final evaluation of "EU ENRICH – European Excellence Networks for Research and Innovation with China" programme, the aim of which was to provide means to address the barriers that the EU higher education institutions (HEI) and research entities encounter in terms of necessary financial, human and institutional capacity, and which enable them to create or strengthen partnerships with Chinese partners and therefore prevent them from sufficient access to RI in China. The evaluators will pay particular attention to the results of the programme measured against its expected objectives, and the reasons underpinning such results; and will provide the EU, the interested stakeholders and the wider public with key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future Interventions. The project will start in March and will be continued for a year.
