The purpose of the intervention is to provide support to the Ministry of Education in Montenegro for the implementation of Montenegro’s policy to develop systemic provision of Continuous Teacher Professional Development (CPD) in the area of vocational education and training (VET), which continues to be a priority in the VET reform process since 2019 and became even more important in the context of COVID-19. Teachers continue to be in the focus and there is particular attention to their digital skills and competence in a digital learning environment as well as to the need of developing new ways of delivering CPD by schools. The project will be implemented as of August 2020 and till the end of the year.
