For this assignment, the ETF recruited five local experts from ETF partner countries. The EPRD’s Consortium local expert fro Uzbekistan will collect the necessary information to facilitate testing, analsyis and assessment of ETF VET governance and financing indicators in their country. The experts will gather information from a group of key stakeholders for each country among these profiles: • Key Ministry or Agency in charge of VET skills policies. • Key Ministry participating and/or financing VET & Skill policy making. • Key Employers organisation participating in VET & Skills policy making. • Key representative of relevant national Trade Union organisation • Key representative of National and/or sectoral skill councils/committees. • Key representative of Regional or local departments/bodies dealing with VET and Skills policy development. • Key representative of relevant national Trade Union organisations. The main objectives of this assignment are to: • conduct an assessment with key stakeholders in the country based on the draft ETF indicators on VET & Skills good multilevel governance • analyse assessment results and presenting main findings in a country report • update the ETF VET governance country profile for the country, based on the structure provided by ETF • inform ETF of the main lessons learned in the process including opportunities and obstacles faced in using the ETF tool, drawbacks and way forward working with each country. The project will be implemented between May till November 2020.
