EPRD will conduct the Mid-term evaluation of the “Improving Secondary Education in Malawi (ISEM)” Programme which provides a range of supports to the secondary education sub-sector, including increasing access, rehabilitation and expansion of infrastructure, provision of bursaries for students, teacher training, provision of teaching and learning materials, capacity building and decentralization of the secondary education sub-sector. The evaluation will measure the achievement to-date against the programme indicators in all the implementation areas. EPRD will also provide its support in identification and formulation of the next EU programme in the Secondary Education.
