EPRD will conduct surveys of the vocational teacher workforce in selected partner countries with two main goals. Firstly, the survey will inform national policy makers about the condition and needs of vocational teachers and, secondly, it will help them to monitor implementation and change. A key focus is upon helping policy makers to understand what is required to bring about improvements in quality, effectiveness and responsiveness of CPD but the survey will also address some of the factors which influence the effectiveness of teachers more generally. EPRD will therefore, gather data from surveys and present it in the form of requested deliverables. The project will be implemented during the period of March till December 2018.
