The aim of this assignment was to support the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in their preparatory efforts to join the European Union. More specifically, the objective of the assignment was to arrive at an agreement amongst all key stakeholders (policymakers and practitioners) in Bosnia and Herzegovina on strategic developments for entrepreneurship and digital competence developments set against relevant EU policy drivers and the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework and the European Digital Competence Framework.
