The overall objective of the project is to modernize judicial training in conformity with the completion of the judicial reform process. To support this process , EPRD will provide technical assistance to the beneficiary for the following actions: 1. Review of existing project documentation (Bill of Quantity, Detailed Design, Technical Specifications and technical control documentation), preparation of the full tender dossier for the execution of works for the reconstruction of the Judicial Academy building in Belgrade, in order to procure a works contractor via local open works tender procedure. 2. Preparation of the ToR for the service (supervision) contract. 3. Review of the indicative Technical Specification List for supply, preparation of the Technical Specifications and full tender dossier for the supply contract in order to procure a supplier via local open supply tender procedure. 4. Technical assistance to the Contract Authority and beneficiary at the tender clarifications stage and during the tenders` evaluation for the works contract and for the supply contract.
