Evaluation of the capacity building initiatives in support of Civil Society in the Neighbourhood South (2012-2016)

EPRD will evaluate the EU support to capacity building for civil society to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the project activities since 2012; and the coherence and value added between national and regional programmes. At the same time, the evaluators will obtain a series of lessons learnt and recommendations, based on the findings of the evaluation, which should serve as an important contribution to design future support to capacity building to civil society via regional programmes with ENI financing. The project will be implemented from November 2016 till March 2017
