Training in the scope of SAPARD funds absorption capacity improvement

The objective of the project was to prepare potential beneficiaries for absorption of SAPARD resources, in order to they: - Could use offered SAPARD Programme’s resources within the framework of Measure 1, 2 and 4, in accordance with Operational Program for Poland – SAPARD - Know the scope of documentation, required for filling out the application form - Could explain the need of applying for SAPARD funds - Could fill out the application for co-financing of particular activities within the framework of priority lines - Know the principles of book-keeping with regard to applying and realisation of tasks falling under the application - Be able to account for money spent for investments
