EPRD will provide the EU Delegation to Uganda with an assessment of the overall viability of the project of rehabilitation of the Tororo-Packwach railway proposed by RVR (Rift Valley Railways Investments Ltd) including, if needed, recommendations on any modification of the scope of the project proposed. The project will be implemented during the period of March till September 2016.
