EPRD will assist the EU Delegation to Moldova in undertaking assessments of conditions related to macro-economy, PFM, budget transparency for tranche releases under budget support programmes implemented in Moldova in 2016-2017. Specifically, EPRD will: 1. Assess the fulfilment of the following general conditions and to advise the Contracting Authority (EU Delegation to Moldova) on the compliance with eligibility criteria. 2. Assess the fulfilment of specific conditions for PFPR budget support, advise the Contracting Authority (EU Delegation to Moldova) on the compliance with each of the eligibility criteria and include a recommendation on whether and how much should be disbursed for every tranche conditions assessed. The assignment will be implemented from January 2016 to October 2017
