The objective of the assignment is to support the Government of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the EUD in the setting of strategic priorities for development of the private sector and assist programming of IPA 2 in the “Competitiveness and innovations” sector. In particular, the task will be to assist national authorities to develop a national strategy for competitiveness 2016-2020 and to revise the Sector Planning Document for the “Competitiveness and Innovations” sector.
