Mid-term Evaluation of 3 United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Implemented Projects - Justice, Anti-Corruption and Drugs

The objective of the mid-tem evaluation is to provide the EU and other partners with an assessment of the performance of three projects: "Response to Drugs and Related Organized Crime in Nigeria", "European Union Support to the Justice Sector", and "Support to Anti-Corruption in Nigeria" and with recommendations on how to improve the intervention to achieve expected goals and outcomes. Moreover, the evaluation will encompass the assessment of the effectiveness of the organizational structures of the UNODC Country Office in Nigeria and UNODC Headquarters in Vienna and of the programme support functions in place to reach the three projects' objectives, and will offer recommendations for improvement.
