The specific objective of this framework contract is to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Justice in Serbia in reviewing of the existing project documentation to execute the renovation of the Basic Court Kraljevo; preparation of the full tender dossier for the execution of works; as well as preparation of the ToR for the supervision contract of the works contract and technical assistance to the Ministry and the European Commission at the tender clarification stage as well as at the tenders` evaluation stage for the works contract only.
