Mid-term Evaluation of the programme Support to the Office of NAO III in Nigeria.

The objective of the evaluation is to provide an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the intervention of Support to the Office of the National Authorising Officer paying particular attention to the results of the project against its objectives, key lessons and recommendations in order to improve current and future action, as well as assessment of the capacity development process in the beneficiary institutions.
