The overall objective of this project is to improve the quality of the services of the Customs Administration, increase the capacity of Serbian Customs Administration (SCA), ensure efficient and effective integrated border control and improve the fight against illegal migration. In order to facilitate trade, speed up border formalities, improve the control, it is of utmost importance to perform construction of this border crossing. EPRD will provide technical assistance to the beneficiary for the preparation of the full tender dossier for works, in order to procure a works contractor with a local open works tender procedure, preparation of the draft ToR for the supervision contract, and assistance to the beneficiary and Contracting Authority at the tender clarifications stage as well as at the tenders’ evaluation stage.
