The objective of the project will be to assess the overall relevance, efficiency and effectiveness of the project proposed by Azerbaijan and Georgia on "Implementation of Infrastructure at the 'Red Bridge' Crossing Point" under the EaP IBM Flagship Initiative project, including a detailed assessment of potential project costs.
