EPRD will conduct the final evaluation of the Thina Sinako LED Programme. The aim of the evaluation will be to provide the decision makers in the South African Government and the EU with an assessment of the performance of the Programme in terms of its relevance, efficiency and effectiveness, and with special attention to its impact and the prospects for sustainability. Following the evaluation, EPRD will provide recommendations and guidelines on future activities in the area of local economic development.
