The main objective of this assignment is to ensure transparent and non-biased EU tendering procedures in the Republic of Croatia. In particular, all five lots under the IPA 2010 Supply project for the equipment of the Integrated Border Management will be technically assessed whether they are drafted and evaluated in transparent and non biased manner. The assignment will be undertaken within March - June 2013.
