The global objective of the project is to contribute to improving environmental infrastructure and developing administrative capacity in the water management field in line with the environmental acquis and international obligations. The experts will prepare Terms of Reference for IPA 2011 Technical assistance “Capacity building in the water sector” and for IPA 2010 PPF project “Technical Assistance to support implementation of water and sanitation programme in BiH” including a list of project documents per municipality to be prepared under the project. The project will be implemented from 12/11 to 31/12/2012
