Establishing Sector approach in pre-accession assistance - IPA

EPRD will provide the operational guidance to staff at Commission HQ and to staff of National IPA Coordinators in beneficiary countries on how to design and implement sector programmes in an enlargement context. The general objective of this assignment is to contribute to render financial and technical assistance under the new IPA instrument more strategic and focused and result-oriented. The project will be implemented during the period of May – December 2012
