In the scope of works in the realized project was elaboration of the feasibility study of investment and all required documentation considering investment confounding within the framework of ZPORR, Priority 1 – Extension and modernization of the social infrastructure used for improvement of regional competitiveness (Action 1.3.–regional social Infrastructure, Sub-Action 1.3.2. – Infrastructure of the regional medical care). The aims of investment are as follows: • Intensification of medical services available for patients, who are under ambulatory or hospital treatment, from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and other voivodships, • Implementation of standards of in the scope of realize services based on diseases register (ICD-10) according to the specialization and destination of Unit, • Supply of permanent and complete medical services by the cooperation with basic medical care unit, • Better use of human recourses working in the Voivodship’s Specialist neuro - psychiatric Unit in Kielce, prepared for supply any service covered by the project. The main objective of the project was to renovate and build up the following items: the consulting room - renovation, building of staircase with elevator, building of emergency house sewer, purchase of the specialist medical equipment (cardio monitors with additional equipment modules, infusion pumps, EEG 16-channels device, electro monitor EMG, ultrasonic scanner - Doppler) and purchase of PC hardware and software.
