EPRD will carry out the Assessment of EU Aid Delivery Options for the Lao Northern Uplands Development Programme (NUDP). An overall objective of this assignment is to assist the EU Delegation to Lao PDR in strategically allocating its funds under the first non focal area of its Country Strategy Paper. The assignment will be implemented within May - July 2012.
