Mid-term Evaluation of the TEMPUS IV Programme

EPRD will carry out the Mid-term Evaluation of the TEMPUS IV Programme. The overall objective of this assignment is to carry out a mid-term evaluation of TEMPUS IV in order to determine to what extent the programme is achieving its objectives. The evaluation will cover all activities and geographic areas of the programme during the period 2008–2010. The assignment will be undertaken within January – August 2012.
