Evaluation of the language training organised in Brussels by DG Human Resources and Security of the EU

The purpose of the Evaluation of Language Training (ELT) project is to support DG Human Resources and Security (DG HR) of the European Commission, first, in assessing the effectiveness and relevance of its current language training programme for the European Commission officials and, then, in developing alternative proposals for improving the pedagogical aspects and organisation of the language training programme. This project includes, therefore, both ex-post and ex-ante elements. The evidence-based recommendations that will be developed through this project will contain practical proposals for actions that will enable to face current and future needs and constraints in the area of language training of the European Commission officials.
