The overall objective of the project is to decrease the level of unemployment in the Republic of Serbia. The purpose of this contract is to upgrade NES performance in the following areas: 1. Monitoring and forecasting of labour market trends 2. Monitoring and evaluation of active labour market programmes The activities relate to the enhancement of the forecasting, monitoring and evaluation abilities of NES through (1) improvements in the utilized methodologies for labour market trend analysis and monitoring and evaluation of active labour market programmes and (2) better organization of the processes of gathering, processing and utilization of information on labour market trends and active labour market programmes and (3) improvement of the capacity of NES staff for forecasting labour market trends and monitoring and evaluation of active labour market programmes.
