Within the confines of “The Strategy of Economic’s Development for the Sochaczew Poviat”, EPRD has elaborated a graphic image including presentation of selected items which posses the Poviat’s characteristic and it’s economic, naturalistic and historical potential. The Strategy includes years from 2004 to 2013 and is divided into three parts describing accordingly: • Cohesion of planned activities in the Poviat with accepted EU policy, Poland (national) and Mazowieckie Province policy integrity. • Current condition assessment, defining possessed resources and potential, summarized with SWOT analysis, identifying weak, and strong points of district as well as existing dangers, and chances for development. • Characteristic of objectives and priority activities, which should be attained till 2013 year and contribute to life conditions and economic development improvement, keeping natural environmental attributes.
