The overall objective of the assignment is strengthening the capacities of the Government of Albania for the coordination and implementation of the Community Programmes focusing on implementation of CIP/EIP and Europe for Citizens and using its experience for the participation to the other Community Programmes. Specific objective(s) Aim of this project is to prepare Ministry of Economy (METE) and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sport (MTCYS) for the participation to the Community Programmes concerned and to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of European Integration (MET) to coordinate Community programmes activities. The project will also cover participation of MET, METE and MTCYS staff to three study tours, working meetings related to Community Programmes organised by the European Commission and organisation of 10 workshops/seminars.
